Apple-1 Computer Built by Steve Jobs Sells for Rs 2.6 Crore at Rare Tech Auction


The auction also featured other rare Apple memorabilia. Polaroid photographs of the Apple-1 prototype, which Jobs included in his presentation to Terrell, sold for $54,904. The prototype itself had previously sold for $677,000 two years ago.

Additional items auctioned off included an Apple Lisa-1 computer with original ‘Twiggy’ drives for $81,251, a first-generation Apple iPhone for $25,460, a first-generation Apple iPad prototype for $24,996, and checks signed by Steve Jobs, which fetched $66,844.

In total, the auction achieved $983,096 in sales, highlighting the enduring interest in Apple’s early technology and the legacy of Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak in the tech world.
