Kalaburagi’s police commissioner confirmed that Nadeem had repeatedly sought assistance without satisfactory results before deciding to commit arson. “He went multiple times and was not happy with the response. On Tuesday, he brought petrol and set fire to six bikes,” the commissioner explained.
