How do I manage my delegates in Outlook 2016?
As we know that Outlook is owned by Microsoft, the tech giant Bill Gates is the founder and owner of Microsoft. And the outlook is formally known as Hotmail.

1.In Outlook 2016 go to File > Account Settings > Delegate Access. In Outlook 2016 go to Tools > Options > Delegates.

2. Click Add and select user whom you would like to grant access to your mailbox items.

3. Select Delegate Permissions for each type of mailbox items (Inbox, Calendars, Contacts, Tasks, Notes) > Ok.

Note: If you share calendar and check the box Delegate receives copies of meeting-related messages sent to me, you delegate would get all your meeting invites in his Inbox. Once the user is granted access, he would need to open the delegated mailbox in is Outlook.
Share a Mailbox Folder
- Right Click on the folder that you want to share, select Properties – Permissions
- Click the Add button and find the person that you want to share with. Double Click their name or select the Add button.
- Make sure you select the correct person and then use the Permission Level drop-down box to give the appropriate level:
