Step. 1 – If you want to save the image from the webpage or from Email, then you must have to press that image and hold it for a second, after that a dialogue box will appear. There you will see an option save to “Camera Roll”

Step.2– Tap on the “Save Image” option and then the file will be saved in the iPhone camera roll.
