Mulshi, 29th September 2024: The DoRBit Foundation, in collaboration with Dr. Pallavi Patil and her medical team, successfully conducted a general health checkup for the students of the Zilla Parishad School in Chorghewadi village, part of the Urawade cluster in Mulshi, Pune. Dr. Pallavi Patil, a dedicated volunteer with DoRBit Foundation, has previously extended her services to various schools, raising awareness among children about essential hygiene practices and good and bad habits.
During the camp, students underwent several medical examinations, including height and weight measurement, blood pressure monitoring, and dental checkups. The initiative aimed to promote health awareness and ensure early detection of any medical concerns among the students.
The school’s headmaster, Sanjay Bansode, and teacher Nilima Bhorde expressed their deep appreciation for the initiative and extended a vote of thanks to Dr. Pallavi Patil, along with DoRBit Foundation’s core team members, Shubham Bhave and Shankar Pandey, for their dedication and effort. Ankit Koranne also volunteered to help carry out the event.
Vijaya Shrivastava, who oversees one-time initiatives at DoRBit Foundation, played a key role in coordinating the event and expressed her gratitude to the school staff and teachers for their cooperation and active participation.
Vipin Mohit Shrivastava, the founder of DoRBit Foundation, also conveyed his heartfelt thanks to all the volunteers involved in the camp, as well as to the school authorities for their continuous support. He emphasized the Foundation’s commitment to organizing more such health camps in the future for other schools in the region.
DoRBit Foundation remains steadfast in its mission to improve the health and education of underprivileged students, and this camp is another step toward achieving that goal.
