The girl reported that the teacher made inappropriate comments that made her feel uncomfortable and also touched her inappropriately. As a result, a police complaint was filed for offenses related to violating her modesty, using criminal force, and sexual assault/harassment. This case has been registered under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (Pocso).
