Some Poco X2 users may be experiencing camera issues, but there’s a quick fix

Some of the poco X2 users facing camera issues, while capturing the pics from the camera.

Company said, users need to clear the app data, for the camera app and after that users need restart the camera application.

In the last year 2020 the Poco X2 launch, but after a year, some customers are facing issues in the camera. Poco said it is about 0.2% of users are facing the issue.

Follow the following steps to fix this issue.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Scroll down to select Apps.
3. Tap on Manage apps.
4. Tap on the Camera.
5. Go to Storage.
6. Tap on the Clear data button located at the bottom.
7. Select ‘Clear all data from the pop-up menu.
8. A pop-up will ask you if you want to clear all data. Tap on OK.
