Happiness is often felt when people are together. It is possible to feel hopeless even with other people and have negative feelings of helplessness and powerlessness. 

Feelings of despair may be caused by various events such as financial issues, relationship problems, health concerns, or other such unfavorable circumstances.

Why do people feel this way?

People feel hopeless when they lose sight of themselves or their lives. When feeling overwhelmed or out of control in everyday life, people often begin to question who they are and what is going on around them.

3. Think About What You Gain From Being Hopeless: Identify the positives in feeling entirely without hope, such as feeling carefree, feeling relieved of stress, feeling less stressed about problems, not worrying or stressing out about issues, feeling relieved of responsibility.

4. Consider What You Could Gain From Developing Hope: Identify the positives in feeling hopeful such as feeling motivated to solve problems, feeling optimistic about solving problems, feeling positive about future outcomes regarding your goals and dreams.

5. Engage In Problem-Solving: When you have problems, fix each one. This will be easier than trying to fix everything at once.

6. Talk to a Trusted Friend or Family Member: Find someone you trust to bounce your feelings off and seek their advice.
