A Dombivali woman has alleged that her husband filmed her with her paramour and circulated the intimate clips on social media.
On Wednesday, August 29, the 35-year-old woman filed a complaint against her husband. According to police officials, the woman has accused her estranged husband of secretly filming her in intimate moments with her illicit lover and sharing the footage on social media.
The woman’s complaint alleges that her husband installed a spy camera in their home to capture the encounter. The footage was reportedly circulated online, causing significant distress to the woman.
The official from Manpada police station stated, “As per the complainant, her husband filmed her sexual act with her paramour by installing a spy camera in the house.”
Based on her complaints, he was booked under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Information Technology Act. The charges include voyeurism, defamation, and other related offenses.
The investigation into the case is ongoing as authorities work to gather more evidence and ensure appropriate legal action.
