Armed Forces Medical College Pune Hosts IMPACT 2024 Conference

Maj. Gen. Giriraj Singh, Dean and Deputy Commandant of AFMC, also graced the event.  Among the distinguished speakers were:-

The three-day event featured interactive sessions led by distinguished faculty, covering contemporary issues in medical publishing. Workshops focused on study design, medical writing, peer review, and biostatistics to help budding authors refine their skills. Key discussions also addressed modern challenges such as plagiarism and the threat posed by predatory journals.

IMPACT 2024 attracted around 60 delegates from across India, including budding authors, reviewers, and editors eager to contribute to the future of successful medical publishing.
