Central Railway Pune division’s massive fortress ticket checking drive fetches Rs 1.18 Lakhs in one day

The check was supervised by Hemant Kumar Behera, Divisional Commercial Manager (Ticket Checking). The check was conducted by mobilising 35 ticket checking staff and 2 RPF personnel. During the check all entry exit gates and vantage locations were deployed by the Ticket checking staff. 

Railways fervently appeals to the travelling public to travel with valid Journey tickets. Visitors entering the railway platforms and ticketing areas are requested to purchase a valid platform ticket to avoid penal charges.
