According to police, the manager worked at a private bank, went for a walk after dinner on Sunday around 10:30 pm. Some minors on the footpath asked him to share his mobile hotspot, but he refused. This led to an argument, and the minors, who were allegedly drunk and had a criminal background, attacked him with stones.

He suffered severe injuries and was hospitalized. His brother filed a complaint at Hadapsar Police Station. One of the accused, a 20 year old has been arrested, but the names of the other three are not known. Information regarding this was also provided to the police. The manager had died before being admitted to the hospital. A case has been registered at the Hadapsar police station in this matter. Senior Police Inspector Santosh Pandhre established investigation teams to search for the accused. The police received information that the accused were residing in the Bunter School area in Hadapsar. Accordingly, one person was arrested in this case along with three minors.
