Since Sahakar Samvad’s launch in October last year, 4,629 complaints have been filed, with 3,680 successfully resolved. Housing societies can file grievances under 23 categories, streamlining the complaint resolution process.
State cooperation department official Deepak Taware emphasized that the enhanced system will ensure timely hearings and faster resolution of cases, improving the efficiency of the redressal process .
