In this upcoming lottery, housing prices have been reduced for all income groups. Homes under the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) will be cheaper by 25%, Lower Income Group (LIG) by 20%, Middle Income Group (MIG) by 15%, and Higher Income Group (HIG) by 10%.

The flats offered are spread across key areas of Mumbai, such as Goregaon West, Wadala, Vikhroli, Malad, and Dadar. These include 1,327 newly built flats, 370 redevelopment units, and 333 flats from previous schemes. MHADA received strong responses from various groups, including 47,134 LIG applications and 48,762 EWS applications.

Winners will soon receive provisional offer letters, allowing them to proceed with payments. MHADA’s emphasis on transparency and fairness has attracted widespread public trust, with a promise to provide not just homes but thriving communities.
