Pimpri Chinchwad: Online Application Process For 1,190 Flats Of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana In Dudulgaon To Start Soon; Check Details Here!

Pimpri, 31st August 2024: Applications have been invited for the projects of 1,190 flats being constructed by the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) in Dudulgaon under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. It is reported that only 20 percent work of the said project has been completed. Citizens from economically weaker sections of the city can submit online applications till 30 September. Beneficiaries will be determined after scrutinizing the applications.

The applications can only be made if the applicant resides within the vicinity of the corporation. It is mentioned that to apply for the scheme, the annual income of the family should not be more than Rs three lakh. Residents cannot apply if anyone in the family owns another property anywhere in India.

Citizens who have applied for Charholi, Ravet, Borhade Wadi, Pimpri, and Akurdi projects, but have not received flats and are on the waiting list can apply afresh. It is also informed that there will be a five percent reservation for disabled persons. A deposit amount of Rs 10,000 along with an online application along with Rs 500 registration fee; all over a sum of Rs 10,500 will be accepted online. The deposit amount will be returned to the citizens who did not win the lottery and were not named on the waiting list.

Deputy Commissioner Anna Bodhade appealed to fill out the application on the website https://pcmc.pmay.org An income certificate for the year 2023-24, Caste Certificate, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Bank Passbook, Canceled Cheque, Voting Card, and Domicile Certificate are required to fill out the application form.

Accordingly, 595 flats for the general category, 155 for Scheduled Castes, 83 for Scheduled Tribes, and 357 for Other Backward Classes are reserved under the scheme. The cost of flats is Rs 16,64,173. The central government will give a subsidy of Rs1. 50 lakh per day while the state government will give a subsidy of Rs one lakh. Beneficiaries have to pay Rs 14,14,173 per flat.

There are five buildings in Dudulgaon Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. There will be four flats on one floor. So far 20 percent work has been completed. Joint City Engineer Vijay Kale informed that the residents will get possession of the said flats in December 2026.
