According to the complainant, he contacted the accused to inquire about the situation. The accused claimed that the stray dogs had damaged car seat covers, causing loss to the residents. When the complainant went to see the spot he found two people beating dogs with sticks.
A complaint was filed with the Swargate Police Station. The police have registered a case against the accused.
