In the second season of Koffee With Karan, the well-known mother-daughter pair of Jaya Bachchan and Shweta appeared on the show, alongside Hema Malini and her daughter Esha Deol.

Shweta’s response was quite sweet. ““She is perfect, I don’t think we need to give her anything. And she has immense patience which is going to take her really face. She is fine, she doesn’t need any (advice).

Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai were married in 2007. Before their wedding, they had cultivated a friendship over the years while working together on various films. Once speculation about their potential marriage began, fans eagerly anticipated any news regarding their relationship.

Several comments appeared below the video. Many of the comments talked about apparently strained relationship between Shwetha and Aishwrya. “I think something happened between Aish and Shweta and neither of them is a victim. I don’t think Shweta is a villain just because. Things change, times change, people change. Maybe their relationship changed too. Maybe both of them did a little bit of something. Can’t say the same for Jaya ji though,” said one comment. Another comment said, “People are ignoring all the good things Shweta has said about Aishwarya and making her a villain, just because of a seconds long clip from a wedding reception.

Yet another user said, “ The world was their oyster at this point. Both Abhishek and Aishwarya delivered hits together in a film. Then Abhishek’s career started going down, meanwhile Aishwarya became more legendary although there were infrequent sightings of her. I think broken dreams can make a person bitter. However at this point, this is a reflection for the entire bacchan family, Aishwarya included.”

Abhishek and Aishwarya tied the knot in 2007 and have enjoyed nearly 17 years of togetherness. They are the proud parents of a daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan, who was born in November 2011.
