Last time on jujutsu Kaisen Episode 19
Fushiguro, Maki, Kamo and Inumaki were defeated by Hanami, the new Unregistered Special Grade Cursed spirit who attacked the event Venue. Todo and Yuji arrived on the scene to help everyone. They both were able to keep up with the cursed spirit attacks and Yuji was able to land Black Flash on the cursed spirit which did a considerable amount of damage to the cursed spirit but it’s super regenerative power rendered the effect of Black Flash useless
Jujutsu kaisen Episode 20 synopsis:
Episode starts with a flashback from Todo’s past when he was in third grade and he beat up a cocky high schooler because that High schooler mocked Todo and whenever someone mocks Todo, that’s when the gong rings on the fight. After he beat up the high schooler he heard a pretty grown woman on the roadside and she asked him what women is his type and according to Todo that’s when his boring life turned upside down.
Coming to present, Todo’s mind was analysing the opponent’s abilities and he came to a conclusion that if the user doesn’t get a chance to activate his techniques then no matter what ability it means nothing. So now Todo unleashed his technique which allows him to swap places with anyone with a clap and by activating this technique, Todo and Yuji began their assault on Hanami, the cursed spirit. After getting beaten up Hanami siad that this technique is simple and yet dangerous.
Todo told Yuji that they should finish the fight before the cursed Spirit gets used to the technique. This technique proved to be very effective and Todo together with Yuji were gaining upper hand. Yuji was able to land the Black Flash four times in a row and dealt quite a certain amount of damage to the cursed spirit but the cursed spirit despite being beaten up was enjoying the fight as if it was a delight for the cursed spirit.
Later when the cursed spirit was starting to get a hang of Todo’s technique, Todo made it more complex where he could swap the places of two different things and this thing can be anything Human, Cursed Spirit, inanimate objects. Todo pushed the cursed spirit towards the site, the river from where their battle started and in the river Maki’s cursed tool was there.
Todo used the cursed tool and imbued it with his Cursed energy and hit the cursed spirit. All the hits that cursed spirit took now started affecting it and then the cursed spirit used a technique through which she absorbed the life energy of nearby trees and ground. This technique absorbs the life energy of nearby trees and converts it into Cursed energy but this cursed energy didn’t get Transfer to the cursed spirit but to the flower embedded on it’s left hand and after absorbing the energy it was about to fire the energy.
When the cursed spirit was about to fire the absorbed energy, the veil started disappearing and the man who destroyed the veil was Gojo Satoru. Seeing this, the cursed spirit stopped.
Meanwhile Gakuganji who was about to battle the man who made the wall but lifting of veil made both of them surprised and Battle was halted.
Also Utahime who was heading to save the girls was attacked by another curse user but at that same time Nobara and Mai arrived at the scene but lifting of the veil made the attacker retreat.
Gojo who was standing above the ground, headed first towards Gakuganji and crushed the limbs of the man who made the veil. Gakuganji told Gojo not to kill him as there are things that he needs to answer.
Gojo then used a technique which created a massive amount of a Cursed energy compressed in form of a sphere and fired it towards the cursed spirit who was fighting Todo and Yuji. This technique was a large-scale attack and after seeing this Yuji’s mouth was wide open. Then Gojo wondered that everything seems to over or not.
At the end of episode Mahito can be seen with Sukuna’s finger which was his one main objective for attacking the exam.
Jujutsu Kaisen Episode 21 Release Date and time and preview:
Jujutsu Kaisen Episode 21 is scheduled to release on Saturday March 6 in Japan and depending on your location it could be Friday 10:45 am (PST) or Saturday 12:15 am (IST).
This upcoming episode is titled ‘Jujutsu Koshien’ and everyone can be seen relaxing and playing baseball in the preview.

The plot of Jujutsu Kaisen revolves around a young boy Yuji Itadori whose life took complete turn of events when he consumed a finger of King of Cursed spirits, Sukuna who was defeated a very long time ago and his fingers are kept in various places in the city to guard the place from various low ranking curses who fear Sukuna. After consuming Sukuna, Yuji saves his friends with the power of Sukuna and Sukuna was happy to get a new body but Yuji suppressed Sukuna’s Consciousness and this made him a promising future Jujutsu Sorcerer with ultimate potential.
So he got an offer to join jujutsu tech as fist year student and also in that way people at jujutsu tech can keep eye on Yuji.
