About Google EmbeddingGemma 2
EmbeddingGemma 2 is Google's open multimodal embedding model, released under the Apache 2.0 license. It maps text, images, video, audio and code into a single shared embedding space, so a query in one format can retrieve content in another. It is designed to run on-device for semantic search and private retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and is available on Hugging Face and Kaggle.
